We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. the room was immaculate and spacious, with exclusive amenities that made our stay even better. the health club offered a variety of equipment and the sauna was the perfect place to relax after a long day. the ballroom was perfect for the event we attended and had impressive decor. the location advantages were also noteworthy, as we were able to explore the beautiful nearby lake and market.
Although the buffet had a good variety of options, it was a bit chaotic and crowded during peak hours.

Pleasant hotel with a 5 stars wing. Nice pool. The restaurants are good
Not very well situated, which is important in a small town as Guilin.

Second visit to the Bravo and like my last visit in late February, I value for money and all facilities good to excellent
On check out the Hotel only wanted to charge me for incidentals Meals at Hotel Restaurant etc. They were under the impression that Booked.net would pay the room charge direct. I insisted I had to pay the room charge as well, they asked me the room rate, it took some time but they eventually agreed and I paid the complete bill on check out. This confusion did not occur on my last visit.

The hotel had a scenic location and was convenient for walks by the lake or traveling to various sites. the rooms were large, clean, and had functional bathrooms. Breakfast had both Western and Chinese options, and the coffee was pretty good. the hotel also had a lovely view of the river and beautiful surroundings.
The staff could have been more English proficient and more attentive to customer satisfaction.

The Hotel is excellent and well situated. We enjoyed our stay there and was the best place to stay with the children. The coffee shop offers western food which was excellent in Chine as my kids only wanted to eat French Fries and Pasta
Their Chinese restaurant was not that great.

The hotel had a perfect location, right beside a beautiful lake and park. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious Chinese and Western food options. The hotel was also very clean and comfortable.
The hotel seemed to be under renovations, so some common areas were not accessible. the stay was enjoyable, but it would have been better without the renovations.

The hotel is perfect for sleeeping and it also has a very nice swimming pool.
However, avoid all the food services (Restarurant, Patio, Bar) and especially breakfast in the hotel which is charged 100 rmb with extremely poor quality. There aare cafes just outside the hotel. More generally, services and the staff are not adequate for the rate we paid

Clean, large, very comfortable rooms with great beds.
Segregated breakfasts for Chinese and westerners is culturally incorrect regardless of where you are.

Great pool and location! the interior decoration was exquisite and added so much charm to the hotel. the breakfast was varied- there were options ranging from Chinese to Western cuisines. the hotel is in a great location- you can walk around the beautiful park next to it or take a boat tour at night to see the illuminated lake!
The rooms could use some upgrades and better soundproofing. the bathrooms in nearby rooms can be heard from time to time, the beds were not very comfortable and we had no view from our room.

Staff extremely helpful. Great location. Very comfortable rooms.
Restaurant in hotel not so good with western food. We arrived at 9.20 for breakfast for one morning and the egg station had been shut down even though breakfast went till 10am. The tour desk did not have information in English. After completing our tours, we realised that we had not been fully informed.

The price for the room was ok!
Staff can't speak English very well! If they don't understand you, they keep repeating what you said! Breakfast very expensive for what they offer! When checking in a young guy took my credit card and without asking me debited cny 3000! I would prefer to give money as deposit.
